Who We Are
Mobile Home Matadors connect buyers, sellers & help property owners in a myriad of situations to provide solutions for their manufactured (mobile) homes. We buy manufactured homes throughout California (predominantly Southern California), parts of Arizona, Las Vegas & throughout the US.

What We Do
We entered the mobile home market with the original intention of finding a niche investment vehicle. We discovered hard-working people who have built strong communities within these parks; however, no one was serving their best interest. We want to be the community outside of these parks providing knowledge, support, and resources.
Mobile homes provide an avenue to affordable housing. Especially in Southern California, but across the entire country, it is well known and documented the affordable housing crisis. Mobile homes can serve as a win-win, allowing someone access to affordable housing, a community lifestyle, more living space (to comparable apartments for rent) & ownership in an asset to be leveraged at a later point in one’s life.
The team at MHM is composed of young professionals eager to help our communities live a better life, and it is proven that proper housing & homeownership are the first building blocks. Helping our clients properly understand the asset their mobile home provides and how to capitalize is our goal. We are affiliated with a group of 300+ mobile home investors with decades of experience, allowing us to solve any situation that comes our way effectively.
